Before you arrive
- Bring your QR ticket or booking confirmation.
- Children under 12 must be with an adult at the pool and courts.
On site
- Swimwear only in the pool; shower before you swim.
- No glass in the pool area.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
- Proper sports shoes on tennis and basketball courts.
- Respect other guests and staff. Management may ask anyone to leave for unsafe or abusive behaviour.
Safety
Lifeguards are on duty during opening hours. Follow staff instructions at all times.
